I took 1 and it made my heart hurt and made me dizzy and made me feel crappy!!! do not trust this company!! it is a total ripoff! I have tried to call to talk to customer service and no one answers!! it is a total crock! do not trust this company!!! find a weight loss clinic in your area and order the prescription!!! I have reported Phen 375 to the Better Business Bureau and the FDA! I have the bottle of the right here in front of me. the main ingredients are caffeine and and chromium picolinate and some other herbs. do not trust them!!!!!
