An individual with foreign accent stated her name was Mary Jones, stated she was calling from government grant, I am so frustrated with this country allows for these parties that can call our numbers to continue to make these calls with this bogus foolishness. What can I do to assist in putting these people behind bars they are victimizing people which should be a crime.

    It is a crime, but they're overseas..
    Not much anyone is going to do to them, and they know it.  There are actually "businesses" with employees in call centers in India pulling fake "IRS" scams, extorting payment "for unpaid taxes" in iTunes cards.
    From the phone number, you may be able to determine the VoIP telecom they're using.  Contact the telecom and report the number is being used in a fake "government grant" scam.  Maybe they'll shut down the account.
