folks, pay attention when booking over the phone, and when you receive your credit card statement.
cheapoair.ca did charge me booking or what ever their fee is even thou no fees been declared during my ticket purchase.
billing dept. never returned my call nor email, customer service told me story that airline charged them ridiculous fair of $124 at the booking time and normal price after 2 days.
welcome to scammed idiots club.

    this is the 1st part of the issue
    2nd part KLM was unable to confirm this morning a flight # for my child's reservation 582VVP so the booking is incomplete at their end hence my daughter wont be able to travel with me.
    KLM cant do anything and referred me back to cheapoair to fix this
    life is boring without adventures.

    I tried to call cheapoair customer support to resolve this, was on-hold for 67 min. after what I was disconnected with "system could not process your call at this time, try again later" message.
    I love my travel agency in Markham!

    Sergei, the charges you have was what was quoted to you by our agent, and which you agreed to. We charged a portion of the fare, and the other by the airline, therefore creating two separate charges. As you requested, we've refunded you $124.00. As for your child traveling, the airline didn't realize that you were booked in a separate reservation, however, everything has been reinstated and there is no further concern with these flights.

      normally I would imagine that child's fare should be less expensive.
      extra charge been discussed yesterday with cheapoair super on duty.
      should not be my concern what airline supposed to realize, I bought a ticket from cheapoair, secondly the problem with my child's flight cancel was spotted by myself and not by cheapoair and everything has been reinstated after I spent half of my working day on the phone with KLM and cheapoair.

      I certainly do appreciate diligence and politeness of the supervisor on duty - a very nice lady who finally took a lead on my issue and had it resolved including refund of $124 - very graceful gesture from cheapoair part I admit.
