Will not stop calling

This company calls me at least three times a week.  I have personally asked them to remove my name from their list at least twenty times.  I do not know how they got my number. I did not give them my number.  I had a block put on my phone (yes, I had to pay extra to do that) and of course they started calling me from different numbers.  Who the heck is this company??? They need to be stopped!
