Unsollicated calls about diabetic agency

I keep getting repeated calls about a diabetic agency. The calls originate from Broadwing Communications, LLC call centers. I tell them that I know it's a scam and want to be removed from the list. They call from different area codes: once from Ohio (216), once from Florida (561). I have my number on the Do Not Call list but this only works if it is an automated call. Since they are using individuals to call, they can get away with "telemarketing". Don't know how to file a complaint against this company.
