I puchased a brown leather sofa in July 2011, for a while now i noticed that the sofa was sagging finally I looked underneath and the frame is broken. The wood that was used is compressed wood, the worst that is used , if I would have known that the wood was not real, I never would have purchased it. When I called they did say that its past 1 year warranty, & i realize I did not purchase the extended warranty. I was advised it would be 52.00 an hour , plus money for any supplies I need to fix it. I do not have any money right now to fix and I feel that this is poor manufacturing on the companys part. Also when I called the girl who answered didnt seem to really care about my situation, not understanding at all. Very dissatisfied I will not purchase any products from your store again unless I get some help in this matter. Good day.
