May have visited this site's home page, but never knowingly authorized a monthly subscription. For the last three months, I noticed a $9.99 charge from AMC Archives.com showing up on my credit card bill. I contested the charges and I had to cancel my credit card and have them issue a new one. I suspect that dishonest people designed this website believing no one is going to notice a small unauthorized payment to them each month. Shame on them. Unfortunately, this is the world we live in.

    ANC*ANCESTRY.COM made unauthorized charges on my credit card every six months from Oct 2014 until Apr 2018.  ANC*ANCESTRY.COM charged me $99.00 every six months during this period of time.  I did not catch this charge until May 2018.  Therefore, they have stolen $792.00 from me and caused my credit card to be compromised and cancelled.  I have sent them an email, at fraud@ancestry.com but have not heard a word from this criminal company.  I would not trust ANCESTRY.COM if I were you.  It is a crooked company.  If there is a lawyer out there that wants to sue them, you can use my case to do so.  All it will cost you is $792.00 and if you get more money than that from ancestry.com, you can keep it.  I just want my money back.  Be very careful you do not signup for a subscription which is free for 90-days and then they start charging you $99.00 every six months without you knowing about it.  I should have been more vigilante and checked my credit card statement EVERY month.  Usually, I check my statements occasionally but now I check them every month.  Be careful and do not trust anyone or any company.  I will get to the bottom of this sooner or later because I have nothing else to do...I WANT MY MONEY BACK.

    I never even looked at the website and some how I was charged 19.95. I hope they put money back in my acct.

    I have been having money from my government card account without my consent and want it returned ASAP. I don't know how you got into my card account and have not purchased anything or requested your services. Please return my money.

    You withdrew$36.73 in October and November from my government card account without my knowledge or consent. Three others have done the same without my knowledge and consent as well. These incidents will be forwarded to government authorities who are the only ones with my card account information and deposit the money in my account.
