no good and customer service lies

I oredered the Natural advantage and used the whole trial which cost $30.00. I was Ok with that since I used it all but when they sent the normal package I called and told them I wan't happy with the results and the customer service rep told me to insure the return package and then I will receive the refund. Well, I never did! I called Natural advantage and spoke to several people and they informed me that they will send me the product back but not refund my $. I told them, the product SUCKS and I don't like it....whay would I want it back?? They said that they were unable to refund and that they were sorry!!!!! I just told them that I will contact QVC where I bought the product through and let them know what a scam this is! Not happy with the results of the product and what a waste of $170.00 that I have sitting in a box!!!!!!
