If they are intent on fraud, once they have your account information, they will keep stealing your money until you stop them. The only way to stop them is to close your account. If they are already known to be crooks, you cannot trust them to stop stealing from you just because you "cancel" some order.
Contact your bank immediately to dispute the fraudulent charges and close the account.
Never use your checking account, checks, debit card, or check card, for on-line or retail purchases. Only use checks for paying companies you already know and trust, such as utilities, rent, mortgage, credit card companies, etc.
