I was told by someone in billing dept last month that my service would not be interrupted as long as I continued to make payments every first of the month. Now my bill is $263.91 That's just crazy my bill every month is supposed to be $83.54 so how did my bill increase that much? Someone in billing needs to go back to the very begining when I became a customer in 2013 and go through my payments. Please turn my tv back on or refund my money for all the channels you are charging me for but I don't receive!
