"Free sample"

Like another poster, I received a "free sample" for which I was charged $4.99.  Then I received a larger bottle for which I was charged $74.98.  I called and emailed and asked that this continuing shipment be discontinued and my account be credited for $79.97.  I was told that the order would be cancelled.  I just received another bottle and my account has again been charged $74.98.  I want my money back and I want the shipments and charges to my account to stop!!!  Your product doesn't even work!
