After many call to Eureka Forbes customer care nobody came even to check and suggest the requirement of RO or UV. They suggested to use UV without checking and promised to change to RO if you feel any problem. Now we had many problem with water quality. Now we are calling for replacement but they are not reponding. This is very frustrating for me. I never suggest to use Eureka Forbes product, they only entertain to sell their product and to complete their own company targets.

    i HAVE ENCLOSED THE TWO COMPLAINT, WHICH I HAD RAISED, MY pURIFIER : aQUA GURAD ro tOTAL: IS UNDER AMC.

    If my complaint is not resolve, then i will file FIR, Then i move on to consumer court, will surely file case , due to ur irresponsible service.
