Paid for but haven't received subscriptions

I purchased two magazines in January 2007. I contacted the company numerous times and they seem to ignore my emails. They took the money out of my credit card the very next week, but I received no order not shipping confirmation/notification.

I reversed the charges on my credit card in March, and recently received an email from Best Choice Magazines informing me that I have so-and-so days to renew my subscription. Ha-Ha-Ha!

If you didn't receive your subscription within 2 months, reverse the transaction on your credit card fast.
