Nokia N72/ service

Sir,

I have purchased Nokia N-72 On Sep 20th 2006 it is under warranty.

I have submitted my handset under warranty in Nokia Care centre, Hyderabad with a problem of Poor Incoming voice but in good working condition. After four days I received call from nokia call center and they said some components require to repair the handset.

I went to nokia care center and they said components cost around Rs 800/- and these componts didn’t cover under warranty so resubmit in Non Warranty.

I resubmitted my handset in non warranty, after twenty days when i called them they told me Total mother board burnt due to liquid damage. It is Not-repairable please come and collect your phone.

I went there and i saw my hand set was totally in dead position. When asked to the manager over there Mr Sharma, he said it is Not-repairable and we cant replace it is under non warranty and also liquid damaged.

Actually my handset was not liquid damaged and it is in under warranty.

I Bought it for rs 15200/- now they returning me that dead handset. I went to Nokia care centre with a small problem in my handset and they made totally dead. Please anybody can help in this regard and give suggestions what to do.
