I ordered the bender ball (it's a Workout ball for abs) on the Internet after watching the informercial on tv. A couple days later A woman called to let me know my package should be arriving that day. She then tried to get me to purchase a members benefits coupon book that offers discounts and savings to various location for $29.99. I said no and that I only want to be charged for the bender ball I ordered for $7.99. I just looked at my credit card transaction & account history and my card was charged 29.99 from mvq best benefits . They charged my credit card anyway without my authorization. What sucks even more is they never sent me anything they are thieves and should be prosecuted for fraud. KARMA'S A [***] !!!!

Immediately contact your bank to dispute the charges as fraudulent, and follow up with a written dispute or fraud affidavit sent to your bank's dispute address from your statement to invoke your FRB Reg. E dispute rights. You have only 60 days from the statement date of the statement showing the disputed charge to dispute under FRB Reg. E (for EFT to checking accounts) or FCBA (for charges to credit cards).
for my card number. What card????????? I don't have a card and I
don't want a card!!!!!! I don't know who these crooks are but if
I ever find out I will see that they get theirs!!!!!!!!!
I tried to call the number provided on my VISA statement but it just hung up on me because I did not have an account number. I do not remember receiving anything with an account number on it. Even so a reputable business would not treat a customer in that shabby manner. There should be a way to contact them when there is a problem. They just do not want to refund my money or anybody’s money.
