i can't open a login id of campusgoeslive of scdl

Hi There,
I am a student of PGDBA ,in marketing 2007 Batch and i am trying to attempt final semester exams at present. Suddenly the Sudent Center Login has changed to a Campus goes live thingie. My user ID and Password are no longer Valid and the phone number given on the website 98000 00000 is always switched off, I have written an email to the email ID provided campusgoeslive@hotmail.com however have not got any response. I need to print Hall tickets for my exams on the coming weekend and also need to go through e learning courses etc however i am unable to do so because of this issue.
Please suggest if you can help how to get the Generic Password required to login to the new student center link.
