I had an account with Seattle Coffee Direct about 14 months ago for a trial offer. I cancelled the account after the trail period.
I noticed on my checking account a charge from Seattle Coffee for $79.00.
I cancelled the account 14 months ago and they heve debited my account for a product not ordered.
I tried calling them with no sucess and they never returned my call.
Whats with this company, I would never do business with them again and am currently trying reverse the charge. BAD BUSINESS

    I too had an account with Seattle Coffee Direct about 14 months ago for a trial offer. I too cancelled the account after the trial period and was just charged the same $79.00 to my account for no reason at all.  The customer service lady - Mary - said the credit would show up in 1-2 billing cycles.  This company is a fraud and is operating as criminals!!!
    Do not do business with these crooks!!!

    Dispute through your bank, do NOT wait "2 billing cycles" or they may just keep your money.

    The Illinois Attorney General is investigating them.  See above link.

    We too had considered the trial. We canceled the order immediately. 13 months later a charge hit our account for $79.00. We are very angry!!!!!!!! We spoke to someone at Seattle Coffee. They said they made a mistake. It was a computer error. I say BS. They said they would correct the mistake. However, it has never been correted and the amount cleared our bank acct. TToday we received a package from cafe saporita. Who the H are they?  Don't won"t want their products. Major Scam. Cancel your payment process immediatley. Someone needs to put them out of business!!!!!!!!!!!!
