reloading a pre paid card

my al jawwal # was 0509514246 about 30 minute ago i reload a 10 sr prepaid card. yes it was accepted by my celphone, then i remain it on standby but a few minutes I heard a message tone, when I see it i saw that all my 10 sr load was all gone. I am asking why it happen, I was using this sim card for almost eight years (8 years) with out any problem.

     serial nos.of prepaid card     5082018658
