I have a samsung SM-A800FZDEINS. Here I am giving a complaint against service center 0005295589 HCL services limited D1 sector 3 Noida. In my phone there was a charging issue on Friday (2-june-2017) i had words with service center associates and they said you would charged 2000INR but after an hour they changed their statement and said now you have to pay 2700INR I was okay with the expenses but after a week they said your mother board is damaged so you have to charged 12360INR and the bill no. Is 4237774955. But I refused this bill so I want immediate solution otherwise I will go to social media and raise case against Samsung in consumer court .
Because when I give my phone to another outlet they charged only 8200INR and now my phone is working properly.
