No customer service, changed flight times emails, HORRIBLE

THIS HAS BEEN THE WORST TRAVEL COMPANY TO EVER DEAL WITH! I bought four airline tickets for $ 1600. from Cheapoair in 12/2010.  I received an email in March that the times for the return flights changed.  I have called the "24 hour" customer support number numerous times and have been put the phone on speaker for an hour at a time with no one picking up.

On 5/4, I had an online chat with Anson, a sales support person.  Anson assured me that a representative would contact me as I have been very inconvenienced trying to call them in the first place.  I have sent in several emails since, made several phone calls, and completed a survey requesting that someone call me from the company (with multiple phone #'s provided),and all they do is send another email about the flights changing.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS "COMPANY" because I don't think anyone there is paying any attention!!!

    I experienced the same problems but had good luck just calling US Airways myself to confirm. I will not deal with this company again.  There are many complaints on the web.I don't know why the airlines would continue to do business with this company.

    I have had the exact same problem... I will tell everyone I know never to use this company!!  I just wish I would have done this before I booked (looked at the complaints about them that is.)

      Okay so everything has been fixed now.  My flights are scheduled and no problems.
