411 Locals continues to call me two years after I canceled service with them! This is Harrassment! This number belongs to Rachel- A 411 Locals Representative. If you ever had a bad dealing with this company I urge you to call her and let her have it!

The only way to create a Google places account for a company is to have access to the business verification pin provided by Google, 3 years ago when we fell for the 411 scam we gave them that pin because we trusted them. They are the only company that we gave the pin to, that means there are only 2 companies that know the pin number us, and 411 Locals. We’ve recently created a new Google Places Account and received a new pin but changing the pin didn’t really help much. Obviously I didn't put any ninja turtles pictures on our Google places page because Google penalizes business for not having relevant and inappropriate material not related to the business. I spoke to a 411 locals rep. around 6 pm yesterday. This morning September 1st 2011, I typed in the name of our business in Google search to see if 411 locals have taken of the inappropriate image and fixed our location and not only they didn't remove that image, they added several more images of some guy standing with a bottle of wine, another image represents a guy pouring wine into a glass, another picture represents a men showing a glass of wine while holding 4 loafs of bread, another picture represents a man with a garlic chain wrapped around his neck posing, not only that they've submitted a negative review to harm us further. We are a professional company and none of this material is helping us earn hones living, they are literally trying to destroy us, we don’t want them calling here and harass us, we don't want to deal with them, we are not trying to harm them in any way why are they harming us, this kind of business shouldn't be allowed. We aren't the only ones who got screwed by 411 locals there are dozens of people who have major business problems that depend on business from Google places. We've also recorded each conversation with 411 locals as a precaution, during a phone conversation 3 years back, one of the representatives from 411 locals made a false claim that he is calling from "Google locals" Google locals is owned by Google not 411 locals. I have proof of this conversation. They've literally lied to us to get our money for services that Google provides for free.
At this point we are seeking legal advice of how to take care of this company. They are harming the American Small Businesses by conducting dishonest business ethics. We have bills to pay and mortgage to take care of, we have to feed our families, companies like 411 locals are trying to destroy us and our reputation, we are actually on a verge of losing our business because our business depends on local customers who can’t find us since Local 411 placed us in Finland, created a negative reviews: Michele S. Jeg er homofil, og jeg er stolt med det! - Sep 1, 2011, and placed some pictures of alcoholics on our Google places page. We are seeking justice and legal advice on how to take care of this problem.

You, only need to contact your local court house, district court department, and ask for information, in reference to filing such a suit.
Down, in Alabama, one can do this, through the small claims, or district court system, without the assistance of any attorney. It was designed to level the playing field.
No, company is free to beat you up, or defraud you out of any money what so ever, with this statue in place.
You, can jump up, and bite the son of a guns!!!! Right on their pocket books, where it hurts the most.
Your, attorney can also utilize this system, and means, for filing for larger amounts of money, with no limitations, on the amount.
They, the bad guys, do not wish for you to know this!!!
All, states may not have this law, however, it surely is worth looking into.
Luckly, down in Alabama, we possess such a law. You, thought we lived in the woods. Now, you know!!!!

This, is done through the registered US mail, registered, with sign receipt requested, through your local county, or district cout system.
You, mail all forms, through your local postmaster, or mail box.
The, court will know how to carry out the suit, and complete the system.
The, above is only for out of state companies, and does not include any individuals.
As, one can see, they can run, however, they cannot hide through long distance. Distance, does not matter, as long as it is within the continental USA. The, above applies to all states, where the long arm statue exists.
One, will need to check out to see, if your state possesses such a statue.

These people are sharks, and I mean sharks. They play unfair and are very unethical. Everything that
you have read about them is true and then some. When you cancel with them, they will try to place bad reviews on your site. They will over bill you and continue to charge you when you cancel. Beware of them
just say no, and do not fall into their web, you will be sorry you did. I have reported them to the DA's office and the BBB. I am sure it will not be long before their scheme is over. Oh, they will add things
to your listing that you did not request to make you look bad.
I replied with the question are these pay per click or organic listings?
