Finance department

I wanted to cancel overpayments on a loan that I had already paid off. Margory in finance stated I would receive a form in the mail to complete. It is now going on eight or nine weeks and I have not gotten the form I was supposed to get. I called again to finance department to ask for the form. Waiting for the arrival as of last week.
