they tell me i need the original email to cancell and i no longer have it

That is not true and we'd be more than happy to help you. If you wish to cancel your membership you can do so at anytime. You can either cancel via phone by calling 877-869-3310 or by emailing us at support@instaflex.com. In order to locate your account we'll need either your name and address, or the original order # that is included in the email receipt sent after purchase. But if you don't have it, that's fine we can still find your account. We look forward to helping you.
