TV won't turn on!!

I purchased a APEX digital LCD HDTV 32" inch about 1/2 to 2 years ago unfortunately I started having issues with my TV within the last month truing on I called the help desk on 11/07/2015 and was given some information by one of the Apex representatives on how to reset my TV in order to get to come on. I performed the trouble shooting by holding the power bottom for several minutes then unplugging the TV and plugging it back into the power outlet it worked for a few times but unfortunately the trouble shooting no longer works to resolve my TV issues. I'm very disappointed with my APEX TV purchase!!! I have 3 other digital TV's in my home that are at least 2-4 year's old and I've never had any problems or issues due to "not turning on" I'll differently never purchase a "APEX TV" again and I caution all consumers to do the same!!!
