Payment made and credit on the account not given

I have made 3 payments on my account in the amounts of $166.62, $66.62, and $129.56 and have not been given credit for them, even though I have confirmations on each of them.  I have called the number that shows as Customer Service numerous times without ever speaking to a live person. I finally saw the number listed by one of your complainants and spoke to the RUDEST person on this earth just tonight.  I tried to explain to her in the nicest way about my three(3) payments that had not been credited to my account, and with MUCH reluctance, she finally admitted to the $129.56 payment; but told me they received the payment 3 days beyond the date I made it ONLINE!!!
How can I speak to a LIVE person and request a print-out from them?   Your assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated.
