Can't get the invoice from Cheapoair

I bought a ticket Brazil/Argentina/Brazil, from Cheapoair, and I need the invoice on the company's name. Have been trying to get it from them without any success. Does anybody know how I can contact them directly? I am calling from Argentina, it's very expensive if I have to wait for somebody to answer, for hours.

    Maria Cristina, you can email us at sm@cheapoair.com your 8 digit booking number, or go directly to our website and click on Manage my booking. Here you can view and print the receipt. Also it might be that you've entered an invalid email address and that is why you are not receiving the 2 emails that we send out.

      Why does Cheapoair make it so hard?
      I cant find the 3 invoices for my 3 payments anywhere on your site... WHY?? Why would I email you to get an invoice? It is custom that an invoice is sent and can be viewed at any time, so why does this not work? Should I contact my CC company and make 3 claims for fraud? Ok..I will!

    I agree, it is very challenging to get an actual receipt so that I can invoice my clients for reimbursement. Sorry COA but this is an area you really need to fix.
