I have been going to this club for about a month now and just been informed that I need to pay an additional $156 and increase my monthly for amenities I will never use. One of the persons at the front desk remarked my acct about speaking to me about it prior but never actually spoke to about any type of upgrades or change to my membership I have been a member for 4 years now never had a issue til now I am already a paying member and had to pay entry fee of $5 just to use what I use at any other club I have been to!! Spoke to supervisor and acted like he didn't care and brushed me off I am completely disgusted with the way I have been treated as a long time pay member and this experience has led me to thinking of cancelling my services with la fitness. Completely upset this club is close to my home and is easy for me to access but refuse to pay more to be a already existing member of this club!

We were told one thing and then after a few weeks they tried to implement another. I call it "bait and switch"
another term is liars and fraud.
This spa has a set of under trained personnel in all areas. I had to call corporate and they seemed interested in resolving my complaint; however that has not happened.
so my option is to file a small claims suit in Orange County court as I shall do.
Avoid this all around hassle and go to an honest spa if there is such a thing
A gym is a place of peace and wellness, a place where you go to release the negative energy in everyday life whether it be from work or family. However...I guarantee that when you step into those doors and check in, you will not feel a warm welcome.
As a business owner myself...Heck! Maybe I should look into franchise opportunities. If you haven't considered tapping into that market La Fitness, here is some insight-- private owners take care of their customers. Happy customers = higher profitability. Easy concept really.
Good luck with keeping your quotas up LA Fitness Windemere. You should've opened down the street in Pine Hills, where "maybe" that kind of atmosphere and treatment would have been better accepted.
