Complaint
Kevin Frederick
Country: United States
I add to the above listing of complaints and have been challenging the charge which goes to a canadian site each month for 29.95 for the past seven months> I have complained to the company to my credit card company and it keeps showing up for subsequent months so I am canceling the card i have used for 24 years to stop the process.

Are they cramming and shipping unwanted "orders" then charging you for them, or are they just charging you without shipping anything?
Only way to stop them is to file a fraud dispute through your bank and block your card number to prevent further theft. Your bank can reverse charges back 2 to 3 months if you dispute promptly, under FCBA (credit cards) or FRB Reg. E (debit cards).
For the rest, file fraud complaints with FTC and your state Attorney General.
In addition, since their advertizing is typical by local TV broadcast infomercials, contact a local TV consumer reporter, and file complaints with stations broadcasting their infomercials.
