particles inside uncorked bottle of Sprite

Few months back, I felt particles I swallowed while taking a bottle of coke,but last two days I confirmed it when I saw deposits of 'dirts' inside two bottles of sprite (uncorked)I went to buy. It was obvious that the people in the shop became scared too.For the loyalty we pledge to your brand, we please will appreciate improvement  in the level of your hygene to this effect.  Thanks.
