unauthorized order

I ordered a trial offer supposedely helping the arthritis foundation yesterday I received an order of Intaflex for which the company charged my credit card today I called a lady named Jennifer gave me an RMA # to return the shippment my credit card will not be credited until they receive the product of which I will not know until they send me an email .  I am at this companies mercy.  I think this is a scam.
