Disabled Seinour Help from an assoiate

I was shopping ,and a lady who was using a walker had several items and was caring four cups reinforce to push her walker,when she ask for help from a lady working there ,the assoiate told her no because she was busy hanging clothes,and she works the fitting room.this customer was clearly helpless ,The associate shoud stop and take ONE moment to help her,the customer made it to the front,just to have the cashier tell her to get a cart not to lay her things on the counter.The lady explained,she could not push a walker and cart at the same time.WHAT HAPPEND TO CUSTOMERS COME FIRST? I work in retail I have for 47 years,I also happend to BE A MANAGER for a large competitor company,I would have loved for this lady to have spent her money at my store.WAKE UP ROSS EMPLOYEES!don't forget customers are why YOU have a JOB.And remember there also LAWS to protect PEOPLE with DISABILITY.I'm glad this customer did not fall and cut herself on the broken glass,She could have a great Law suite ,I would have been a wittness .thank you for reading this ,from a caring person.
