They have taken money out of my account 3 times. I just noticed when I checked my account today. My bank is investigating. Please have them stop whatever they are trying to do. IT IS ILLEGAL!!!
Contact your bank immediately to close that account and change account numbers to prevent future fraudulent charges.
Dispute the fraudulent charge IN WRITING with your bank, sent to the dispute address on your statement, not the payment address. Or better, both FAX and mail certified. To preserve your FCBA rights (for credit cards), or Reg E rights (for checking accounts), your bank must receive your WRITTEN dispute within 60 days of the statement date on the statement showing the fraudulent charge. Do NOT depend on only disputing by phone, as that will not preserve your federal dispute rights, nor will it require your bank to comply with their obligations under them.
File complaints against the company with FTC, your state AG, and the AG in the state where they are located. You might also file a local police report, to create another record.
Do NOT use debit or check cards, and cancel any that you have. Do not provide your checking account number to anyone. Use only credit cards. Use checks only with creditors you can trust, and with which you have an on-going business relationship, such as rent, mortgage, utilities, etc.
