6 weeks ago I ordered a wok.  my email was replied to by a form letter saying I need to allow 15 days for my order to be delivered after placing the order and they would send an order confirmation and tracking information.  The phone number is a voice mail that is totally ignored.  Contact the NY Attorney General as I did and file a complaint.  These people should not be in business.  DO NOT ORDER FROM iKITCHEN.COM  You WILL be sorry.

    If you ordered by credit card, they shouldn't bill your credit card until they ship.

    If they can't or won't provide a tracking number to show they shipped, and it was charged to your credit card, dispute it thru your credit card company.

    you need to dispute with your bank in less than 60 days from the statement showing the charge.

    Always use credit cards for on-line or mail order purchases.  Never give a bank account number, and never use a debit card.
