I called A&E Factory Direct for service repair regarding the door and ice maker. They said they needed to order a new door because this one (2years old) is defective. I waited 6 weeks and they said that it had not yet been shipped. This order was pre-paid. They called back several other times expecting me to call them back and then wait on hold for a live person. The same data had to be repeated over and over again. It is going to be at least 8 weeks if there is not another cancellation. The contact people were rude and not helpful. I will never buy another Samsung or any product that uses A&E. I plan to contact all appropriate agencies to register my complaint
