sent info not ordered. refused to cancel order. refused to accept return for refund

I ordered BakePops per special on TV. They asked if I wanted to add some extra stuff. i said no. They sent it anyway, refused to take it back unless I paid return shipping.  They charged $57 for something that should have cost approx $30. Finally gave up complaining. Taking too much time. I urge you to be careful when dealing with this company.
