I have NO debt nor am I listed as a cosigner on anyones credit.  They call all the time, early in the morning and late at night and never leave a message. When I pick up the phone no one talks. As I mentioned we have NO debt and I will be reporting this agency to all government agencies that I can.  This also comes up online as a company that is phishing for info.

File complaints with FTC, your state Attorney General, and the Missouri Attorney General.

If you continue to have problems, find a consumer attorney to discuss suing under FDCPA or TCPA.  You might try www.naca.net

866-372-2508 calls a total per day (no less at my job number) 50 times a day!!!  Also, 800-684-8429.  I recognize these calls and do not answer at all.  I know it is illegal to keep calling and this is just ridiculous.

Used to get calls from them
Early this year, early March through, almost, July, we received hang ups from this number:  877-665-3439.  They never spoke, never asked for anyone by name (there are a few of us living here as roommates), and never identified themselves.  They called a lot:  sometimes 10, 15 times in a day, several days in a row, and then not call for several days.  The calls could start as early as 6 am and end as late as 11pm.  We got calls on Saturdays and Sundays.  Eventually, I started filing complaints with both the FTC and our local AG's office.  I believe that I filed a total of 46 complaints with the FTC.  The AG contacted CSI (I chuckle everytime I see that acronym - you'd think that this was some sort of government agency or something...hahaha)with a request to clarify who they were calling for and what they were calling about.  The AG's office got an email from their legal counsel stating that they had received the request and were 'passing the request to clarify their intentions by calling us on to the floor.'  (The floor?)  That was in July.  There has been no response.  The calls stopped and at the end of August, the AG closed the complaint as 'unresolved.'

So far that's been that.  We still don't know who they were calling for or what they wanted.  The last call was about 70 days ago and, I going out on a limb here, I doubt that we'll be receiving anymore.  The timing was abrupt.  The phone calls stopped and the next morning, I got an email from the AG with a copy of the email from CSI's legal counsel.  You might give this a shot - contact your local Attorney General's office and ask them to mediate.  That was all it took to scare them away in our case.

I just realized that I said that the calls stopped at the end of August - no, they stopped the end of July.  At the end of August, the AG closed this issue as 'unresolved.'  Sorry.
