We bought the new front loader for convience and looks. Was very quite, but then like others have said it was like a jet taking off, it was so loud you can hear it outside. We had Maytag before and it ran forever. We didn't get it until Jan. 2010, now here we are looking at buying a new washer. We don't want to buy the samething just to make it match. Why shouldn't they be made to stand behind there products like auto makers do. Where is there quality control. We are going to try to get something from them, but after reading your efforts i have little hope.
