fraudulent repair costs

We found out that the Europcar charged our credit card 280 Euros a month after renting a car in Palma de Mallorca. The only means of informing us was to send a scam e-mail of damage report which we did not even realize. It is ridiculous as we did not give the damage and what they call damage would never cost that much. Finally our credit card insurance will reimburse us, but this is just not ok!
