dilvery of mobile to customer

i complaint against the staff of qmobile customer care center siddique trade center Lahore. I gave qmobile x11 for repairing on 16-06-2015. The staff gave me dilivery date 26-06-2015. But now today on 02-07-2015 till they are not giving me information about my phone. And not giving the status of my phone after calling lot of time. i am expending hundreds of rupees in the way of mobile balance. my repair order number is 2LST150600581.
