These people says at i need to call them before i get arrested, call this number 3156298293, apparently theres some sort of legal actions that have been filed against me, well i havent gotten anything in the mail so why should i call back someone thats trying to scam me, if a public official needs me they send notice they dont call...Please dont make me go off on these people i dont have the patience for crap barely trying to get by

    I just got the very same message. Man's name claims to be  Jack Tobar?

    At least that name sound sorta legit. The Indian sounding man said his name was Johnny Marshall.... Yeah And I'm Barbara Walters.

    I just got a call just 5 mins. ago. Indian sounding man called and said he's calling from Dept. of Legal Affair of U.S. Treasure. And his name is Mark Johnson. And he wants me to call him back... like whatever!!!!!!

    That just pissed me off.

    I had a call also from Johnny Marshall stating he was calling regarding a Legal Enforcement Action against me by the Department of Legal Affairs. If he was not called back that I would be arrested.  As stated previously if a legal action they like to waste paper so I would have gotten something in the mail or a person at the door. Not some call from across the country.  Not calling them back.

    Wrong name tobar....
    These scams need to stop. I trt very hard to follow the law. And these 315 scammers threaten me?

    Yes It is a scam they told me I love as connected to 911 and that as soon as I hung up they would send police to arrest me and I would do jail time for a year because I didn't pay my taxes or something like that I told them I would call irs and investigate they hung up I called back and they were pissed a lady Barbara answered and also my case guy was American name but receptionist was Indian lol
