bad very bad customer service with bad attitude

am almost everyday customer her it's even the first time i see this lady called maria whom i asked to whipe off the table for me and she took her when I confronted her she made an issue about it where everyone in the shop was steering at me while she was giving me a lecture about her being buzy with something else,, am very sad and emotoinal as i was with my husband and kids in the shop,, custemers needs to be treated with respect and degnity as we also work witj customers in our working inviroment and we know very much what they mean to our world,, am never setting my foot in ur shop again because of that one RUDE lady...
