Already sent my examination fees however, they are not uploading my data on site.

Dear Sir,

I have already sent a draft of Rs 2700 for my exams to the director, SCDL on 3rd December 2007. However, when i checked after 10 days, my data was not uploaded on site and i was not able to book my slot for examination. i called them up but they always denied that we have never recived your draft. after that i taken delivery slip from courier company and sent at SCDL as a proof stating that my draft has been received on 5th December by SCDL people. then after, they people confirmed me on 5th Jan that your draft is with us. but again they are not uploading my data. i am calling up on daily basis but never got positive response. always they say that we will upload it within 2 days. but it is still not uploaded. i have paid many STD bills by calling them 7-8 times in day. i would request you kindly look into this and do the needful as my two months have gone and it is the question of my future and carrier.
