Purchased England set (Fernwood) in 9/08 and have had nothing but issues.  I've had cushions replaced and even sent the furniture back for spring repairs.  We still feel like we're sitting in a hole after 10 minutes.  Just got off the phone with a rep and they said they've done everything they're obligated to do -- everything but fix it -- and I can keep sending it back for reparis for the next five years.  In the meantime, they said it's up to the store we bought it from to make us happy.  What junk!! Don't buy!!

    This complaint seems unfair and very specific to the consumer. The tone of the complaint makes me think that Kelly Farkas has a personal vendetta against the manufacturer.

    Since the company responded so quickly with a personal email address and phone number it seems reasonable that it may be resolved. It won't affect my decision making when shopping for furniture.
