Unauthorized charges and refunds

After $89.98 was deducted from account, I called and they stated it was for the next shipment. I told them I did not want any further shipments and to cancel this account. They said they couldn't because it was already in progress. I asked for the return information so I could return it for a refund. They said they don't do that, they do not process refunds at this address. Asked them for the correct department. They kept wanting to give me discounts for further shipments-could not get through to them that I was returning the product for a refund because I did not like their product to begin with. Had to keep asking for a supervisor-asked 3 times-before they "allowed a one time refund". Like I'd EVER be stupid enough to order from them again. They then stated that my refund would be credited 5-7 days after corporate office received it. The warehouse received it 5-3-13, corporate received it 5-6-13. My refund will be credited on the 18th of this month. Not only do they give customer service the worst name it history, they are liars on top of it.
