Sonoma Leather Sofa & Loveseat Peeling

I was fuming that Ashley Furniture would not honor a warranty on my peeling furniture. I filed a complaint with BBB. A very nice girl contacted me today and said that BBB contacted her about our case. She admitted there was a problem and they would replace it for full value. They are giving me an in store credit and I have to purchase something within a two week time period. I have to say that I wrote them off - but complaining to the BBB really paid off. If you have a problem, pursue it. Some people in their company just don't have enough information to help you for some reason.
