Sir, I Ram niwas batar booked my cyclender on 22-09-2011 till 04-10-2011 not getting my cyclender. after reminding 2 or 3 times they are not delivered my cyclender. Every person in our city Fatehpur shekhawati is facing the same problems. my con. no. 600920 on Fatehpur Gas agency  code 96313-0

    This is Mr. K.Subramanyam, who is resident of Saidabad, Hyderabad and holding HP Gas with Gopalrao agency located at Santosh Nagar, Near Saidabad hyderabad I have booked my online gas booking on 22nd of september, 2011 i have received an immediate message that it was booked later i have received message on 27th september, 2011 that my cylinder will be delivered within next 48 hrs and later when i called up hp online once again, i have received a message saying that the cylinder was already delivered on 28th of september, 2011 till now i have not yet received when i called the gopal rao gas agency, they are not at all responding and saying meaningless reasons and asking us to come and collect the cylinder from godown which is shame on the part of taking agency like this. if at all i don't receive the cylinder by this evening i will be taking very serious and immediate action and file a complaint in consumer forum for late penalty and compensation.

    I am booked cylinder once gas boy come to my home but we are out of station we can't received the cyliner now we want the same no body piking the Gajanan Gas Agency phone from past one week.
