484-601-7064 told me to verify who I as m but when I ask what it pertains to they say its a personal matter and an only be released AFTER I verify myself, name and bday, and address. I said if they cant tell me what its about, im not verifying anything. 2nd time theyve called now.

    is a VoIP telecom.  VoIP is commonly used by call centers, but also by overseas scammers.

    with FTC if you're on the list, and file complaints for harassment directly with Level 3.
