I want my money back!
Complaint
Stephanie
Country: United States
This is the second year in a row you charged my credit card WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION. By the looks of the number of complaints against you, you do it to MANY people. I want my money returned. I will be calling my bank to report this fraud tomorrow as well as the Better Business Bureau. I will also call an attorney if you do not cancel your charges to my account by end of day December 2, 2011.

DRI is a payment processor, that runs through their charges for electronic downloaded purchases.
Charges may also be for automatic renewals of antivirus protection updates. They might also result from purchases of their products using fraudulently used account information. Online purchases of intangible products (downloaded as opposed to physically chipped) are sometimes a result of credit card thieves "pinging" stolen card information to determine whether the number is valid.
If you have not bought their product and authorized charges for it, dispute the charges through your bank as fraudulent, and close the account or block the card number to prevent additional fraud, as your account information may have been compromised. Your bank can reverse disputed charges if you dispute within 60 days of the statement date of the statement showing the disputed charge, under FRB Reg. E (for checking account debit cards or other EFT), or under FCBA (for credit cards).
I am also submitting this as fraud to my bank and closing my card. I will also file a complaint to the Better Business Bureau if my charges are not credited back to my account.
