Scum, Fraud, Ripoff Artist! Mike Bassi, owner of Tri-Phase Electric, Cambell, CA will screw you over!
I found this guy on Yelp.com, what a mistake. It took me 3 phone calls to get a hold of Michael Bassi of Tri-Phase Electric just to get him to call me back. When he arrived he was rude and cocky. I believed his BS that he'd fix my inset lighting, but all I got was a badly damaged carpet, which he stated that wasn't his fault and a bill that was larger than he initially quoted.
I had one of may techie friends check this guy out and the story became clear. He fraudulently posts reviews on Yelp! (you can see the similarities of the articles all about LED lighting, which he's pushing). If you look through the reviews you'll see several 1 star reviews! I'll be one of those!
Also, he presented himself as a large well established company. BS. A check of his address in Google shows that it's his home. This scumbag should be stopped.
