Calling tracfone  customer serv will cost you.  You need to find a public phone before calling tracfone for your account will be billed for all serv minutes you use.  I made a mistake and it cost me twenty minutes call time which is what I was trying to get. I don't think much of south americans  helping north americans with a heavy accent akin to spanish.
